MAS should take a look
If the mobile application (especially on iPad) is unstable, it should seriously do a quick review and overhaul if it still wants traders to use its app. Else, just stick with the desktop/web 石油和差价合约交易 石油和差价合约交易 version until app issues are resolved. How can you expect to execute trades, when after selecting a trade pair, the charts don’t appear and 石油和差价合约交易 you’ll need to “exit and re-enter” to view the charts? Who trades like that?
Also, responses from 石油和差价合约交易 the support team takes at least 24 hours (best effort) to come back to you. Feels like “taking money from you is quick, but providing a service to you is slow”.

Awful and Terrible Customer Service and Platform!
Terrible. Login but nothing is shown in my usual “Watchlist”. System down and has a huge impact to clients to monitor the share price, not even an email to inform about it. I have been waiting for more than 10mins.
